Return Policy

Returns are accepted with store credit refund! (Exceptions made)

please read our policy before purchasing or returning an item.

How to return an item:

Please email rbcontact1@yahoo.com with your order # , name and reason for return. Please include a picture of the unworn/unused item/s

we will respond back within 24 hours with a return label and instructions

IF we receive merchandise that looks worn, used, or stained we will send the item back or you will receive store credit minus 20%  restock fee.

 

Incorrect or damaged items

please send us an email with your order #, name and picture of merchandise within 2 days of receiving it. If not done  by deadline, review will not be accepted. Items that appear worn will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving (this does not count shipping time) 

please email us with your order #, name and picture of item.

Exchange and return shipping costs are at the expense of costumer which are NON REFUNDABLE.

 

WE do not refund back to original payment account. All refunds will be processed in store credit. All items ,just be send back within 10 days.

 

Our policy is to keep our clothes sanitary and safe for our costumers.
